Shipping Information

Chemsave uses Australia Post to delivery all orders. Unless Express Delivery has been chosen, all orders are sent by Regular Delivery, which is via Australia Post Parcel Post eParcel. Express Delivery is via Australia Post Express Post eParcel. Orders are packaged in plain boxes/satchels or Australia Post branded packaging and are unmarked for privacy and security reasons. Currently, Chemsave only deliveries to addresses in Australia.

Order Processing And Dispatch

Once your order has been received, it will be immediately processed and prepared for dispatch. It is our priority to have it dispatched as soon as possible.

In the event that for some unexpected reason we cannot fulfil your order or part of your order, we will refund the difference back to your payment method. 

Orders that include prescription items will not be dispatched until the original prescription is received and processed by our pharmacist. Orders that include prescriptions left on file with us will be processed immediately. Please allow sufficient time for delivery via Australia Post of your prescription medicines so you do not run out. If sending a prescription to us also allow appropriate time for the prescription to reach us and for the order to be sent back.

Delivery Times

After dispatch, orders by Regular Delivery should take 1-7 days to arrive depending on your location, and orders by Express Delivery should arrive the next business day. Allow extra time in peak delivery times for Australia Post such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods and for Public holidays.

You can track the journey of your order via the Australia Post Track & Trace website http://auspost.com.au/track  by entering your tracking number.

Parcel Arrival

Parcels are delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours. It is your responsibility to collect your order within the applicable timeframe to avoid incurring additional fees to redeliver your order.
